Onboarding Process

Designed for qualified investors as defined in the Eligibility tab investing a minimum of $50,000, investors must complete a streamlined KYC and onboarding process with the Fund Administrator (Ascent) and enter into a token purchase agreement with the Fund. All of these steps are completed via an online portal, simplifying the process for you.

Minting $RBILL

Once your token purchase and KYC have been accepted by the Fund, you will be granted access to the Realize dApp. Once in the dApp, simply select your wallet solution from the dropdown list, choose your subscription amount, and sign the proposed transactions.*

You will then be invited to transfer the investment amount to the Fund’s bank at NorthernTrust, once received the Fund Administrator will update the daily NAV calculation and process your investment which will involve the minting of $RBILL tokens to the address you defined above.

** Please always take care when reviewing and authorizing transactions from your wallet. If you do not recognize the smart contract address, do not sign the transaction.

Redeeming $RBILL

When you are ready to redeem your $RBILL tokens, return to the Realize dApp. Once in the dApp, simply select your wallet solution (note: this can only be the wallet address you subscribed with), and enter your redemption amount of $RBILL tokens on screen. You will be redirected to sign a redemption request, and once completed, you will be prompted to review and sign the proposed transactions.*

Your $RBILL tokens will be burnt and USD transferred to the bank account held on record during the onboarding process once the redemption request has been reviewed and approved by the Fund.
